The following terms applies to these Terms and Conditions: “You”, “Your” and “Customer” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “Silv3r”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. License / Products
You Must Not:

– Sell or rent products or services originally bought from Silv3r Community!

– Redistribute or re porduce products, services or content from social medias

All product is owned by Silv3r Community!

2. Refunds

At anytime you feel the need to want a refund, it must meet this criteria: (Timed/Non-Lifetime Keys must follow to criteria below)

– Purchase made must be within 12 hours

– An effort was made to troubleshoot the product by our staff team on the website support (chat service by Tawk) and or Discord (Link available on the website with no success

If the criteria has not been met, then we cannot process a refund regardless of the reason and/or situation unless granted by our Senior Administrators.

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct product as we cannot issue refunds if you change your decision after purchase

Any chargebacks that are made to attempt to refund illegitimately will not only be dismissed, but will result in a ban from our website and your product being revoked

At any point should an issue arise for any of our products or Grand Theft Auto V is not our responsibility. Silv3rCommunity.net is not responsible for any closures or shutdowns of the software we sell as we only provide the software to customers.

In terms of timed/non lifetime keys, refunds will not be allowed. This is due to the nature of the product and how it expires once redeemed, hence the name “Trial” used

We have the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions should we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our control, whether it be sharing payment information, our sponsors/partners, or competitors products.

We are responsible for our own items and services. We do not issue refunds unless for specific circumstances. Otherwise, for certain products customers may be eligible for a replacement if it fits inside the warranty agreement time
